Welcome to the City of Chula Vista’s Online Business License Renewal Service. You can use this payment system if there are no changes in the amount due for your Business License.

If changes to your business license could increase or decrease the amount due listed on your renewal, please submit your changes and payment by mail or in person at 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, CA, 91910.
The following updates can be made without affecting the amount due. You will be able to continue with your online payment after you submit your changes.
FREE Business Energy Evaluations
As part of Chula Vista’s environmental leadership, the City will be requiring new businesses and existing businesses (every 4 years) with storefronts or offices to participate in the Free Resource & Energy Business Evaluation (FREBE) program beginning in the 2010 calendar year.
