Parking Citations
You may pay your parking citation in person or by mail.

Be sure to include the parking citation notice with your payment.
If paying in person bring the parking citation notice with you to
the Police Department located at 315 Fourth Avenue. Office hours
are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For more information,

If you wish to dispute a parking citation, you may go in
person to the Police Deparment to complete a "Request for
Dismissal" form or mail a written statement of facts to the
address on the back of the citation. Please include all
documentation, such as photos, copies of disabled person’s
placard with ID card, or valid parking permit. Be sure to include
a copy of the ticket and your return address. You will be
notified of the results by mail within four weeks. If your
dismissal request is denied, you will have 21 days from the date
of notification to pay the citation at the original amount.
