Sewer Bill Payments

The City of Chula Vista bills Sweetwater Authority water customers for sewer service. Customers in the northern part of the city receive a bimonthly bill directly from the City of Chula Vista Finance Department and customers in the southern part of the city are billed for sewer service on their property tax bill. Customers in the Otay Water District are billed for sewer service on their monthly water bill.

If you are a Sweetwater Authority water customer, you may pay your bi-monthly Chula Vista sewer bill by mail or in person at 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, CA, 91910, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For more information, please call (619) 691-5117.
