Administration and Fiscal Services
Administration and Fiscal Services provides the leadership, planning, coordination and management for General Services. They provide budget and finance support services as well as professional administrative and clerical support services to City staff, other agencies, development community and the public so they can successfully complete their business.
This group prepares, accounts for, and controls the Operational Budget, while planning and managing the City's various capital improvement and development projects.

In addition, the group is responsible for encouraging internal teamwork as well as citizen involvement in their projects, and provide support to various city commissions as needed.
