Kelley Bacon

Kelley Bacon has over 20 years working in the Public Sector in both Finance and Human Resources.  Ms. Bacon received her Associates of Arts in Business from Mesa State College, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University and double Master of Science in Training and Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester.  Ms. Bacon became nationally certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 1995 through the Society for Human Resources Management.  Ms. Bacon joined the City of Chula Vista team in October of 2002 and was appointed Director of Human Resources in March of 2009. In May of 2011, Ms. Bacon also took over direction of Information Technology Services
