CITY OF CHULA VISTA NEW HOURS AS OF JANUARY 10, 2011
The following is a detailed list of new operating hours at impacted facilities:
Clerk’s Office
Hours of operations at the public counter will be Monday thru Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m. to noon and continue to be closed to the public on Friday.
The office will no longer provide passport services.
Finance
Hours of operations at the public counter are Monday thru Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and continue to be closed to the public on Friday.
Human Resources
Hours of operations at the public counter are Monday thru Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and continue to be closed to the public on Friday.
Development Services
Hours of operations at the public counter are Monday thru Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and continue to be closed to the public on Friday.
Library
Hours of operations at the Civic Center branch are Tuesday thru Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Hours of operations at the South branch are Monday thru Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Hours of operations at the EastLake branch are 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday. Closed Thursday thru Sunday.
Recreation
Most facilities will continue to be available for rent during non-operational days and times.

Public Works
Park and picnic shelter reservations will no longer be taken by phone or over-the-counter, but will still be available through the City’s website.
The City Hall Complex including the offices of Mayor and Council, City Manager, City Attorney, and Fire Administration will continue to be closed to the public every Friday.
