Learn the answers to these questions and more when Attorney J. alan Enochs hosts two free workshops in September at Chula Vista Libraries to help homeowners cope with the pressure of today's housing market.

First session is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., September 10 at the library's EastLake Branch, 1120 EastLake Parkway. The second workshop is slated for 6:30 p.m. September 18 at the South Chula Vista Branch located at 389 Orange Avenue.

Enochs, a Chula Vista Attorney, will explain how foreclosures work and inform residents about the many scams that target troubled homeowners. Following each presentation, Enochs will be available to answer questions from the audience.
