 You may also now submit your requests online, at the new Online Requests Page.
Please have the following information handy and available when
reporting a Service Request: (Issue or Problem)
- The Location / Address where the Issue or Problem exists
- Nearest Cross Street where the Issue or Problem exists
- Your Work / Home Phone Number
- What's the nature of the Issue or Problem (i.e. Tree down, Pothole,
Etc.,)
Note:
- Please state if you would like to be called when the Service
Request is completed
- Don't forget to ask Dispatch for your Service Request Ticket
Number if needed
- If you have an emergency request or important issue, and are calling after hours, please contact the Police Department at (619) 691-5151.
