Notice of Completion
- 35 working days have elapsed since NOC recordation.
- One set of the Soils Reports (original and final).
- Signed As-Built@ plans (mylars).
- Final Inspection (field items).
- City Landscape Architect notified of completion. A letter from
the City Landscape Architect accepting landscaping is required if
landscaping is part of grading permit requirements.
- Adequate funds in deposit account for staff time involved
on the project(DE-####).
