Park Reservations | Refund Request

Information entered below must be the same as that entered at time of reservation. Any discrepancies in information will make this transaction null and void.

Step 2 - Accept Terms and Conditions

Please take notice of the following information

If date of event is less than seven (7) business days from todays date you will receive deposit only. If the date of event is seven (7) business days or more from todays date you will receive a full refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.

By clicking on the ACCEPT button below you are verifying that you are the person whose information is listed above, and therefore the person who made the original reservation. If the information above does not match the information given on the original reservation, this transaction will be null and void.

Step 3 - Submit Refund Request

I have read and understood the conditions listed above for

processing of my refund.

This is only a request for refund. The Parks Reservation Staff reserves the right to deny any cancellation request. All refunds for deposits and cancellations will be processed within five (5) days after the request for cancellation. Refunds to your credit card may take up to 30 business days. It will automatically be credited to the same account that was used in the original reservation, unless the reservation was made more than six (6) months in advance, then you will receive your refund by check. Please refer to your financial institution for the specific deposit date.
