The Chula Vista Community Fun Run (5K) is intended for all levels of runners, while allowing strollers and families to participate in a fun and engaging environment at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center.

Individual Fee:

$25 (includes shirt)

$35 after May 14

Family of Four Fee:

$55 (includes two shirts)

$75 after May 14

Teams Fee:

$200 (up to eight)

$250 after May 14 (up to eight)

Corporate Sponsor Fee:

$500 (up to 20)

Gates Open 6:30 am
Race Starts 8:00 am

 

 

Proceeds for the Chula Vista Community Fun Run will be distributed to the following 501(c)3 non-profits:

∙ Friends of the Chula Vista Library

∙ Friends of the Chula Vista Nature Center

∙ Friends of Chula Vista Parks & Recreation

∙ Friends of the Chula Vista Animal Shelter

The Course:

The Chula Vista ARCO U.S. Olympic Training Center rests on a 150-acre complex adjacent to Lower Otay Lake in San Diego County.

Some Olympic athletes will be present during the event to sign autographs and participate.

The course is five kilometers spread out through the training center area.  Runners, walkers, dogs, families and strollers will weave through the multiple sport venues at the training facility.  The sport venues include archery, cycling, field hockey, BMX, soccer, softball, tennis and track & field.
