Administration, Fiscal Services and Assessments
The Administration, Fiscal Services and Assessments Section is
responsible for the day to day operations of the Engineering Division.
This includes budgeting, purchasing, payroll, project accounting
and various other tasks.
The Section also oversees the City's budgeting of open space maintenance
districts, community facilities districts and assessment districts.
The section works closely with Public Works Operations in developing
the budgets for open space and community facilities districts. With
respect to assessment districts, the Section is the first place
for residents to go to inquire as to how to have improvements installed
on their streets such as missing sidewalks.
