1. Adjustment / Consolidation
Plat
a. $1,050.00 per plat resulting in adjustment of property lines.
b. $950.00 per plat resulting in consolidation of two or more parcels
c. $200.00 filling fee for certificate of compliance
2. Final Map, Improvement Plans and Grading Plans
Note: The following are the required deposits to cover the City’s full cost including overhead incurred in conjunction with review and processing of maps & improvement plans. Owner/ developer is responsible for the required adjustment prior to and approvals.

3. Parcel Maps
Note: The following are the required deposits to cover the City’s full cost including overhead incurred in conjunction with review and processing of maps & improvement plans. Owner/ developer is responsible for the required adjustment prior to and approvals.
a. $3,478.00 for Tentative Parcel Map Submittal
b. $500.00 for Tentative Parcel Map Waiver Submittal
c. $2,500.00 for Final Parcel Map Submittal
4. Sewer Fees
a. $45.00 for Sewer Connection Administrative fee
b. $3,478 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit Sewerage Participation
Fee
c. $6,990.00 plus $174.73 per foot of chargeable length over 35 feet
for 4" lateral; or $7,017.95 plus $178.10 per foot of chargeable length over 35 feet for 6" Later (one required for each building proposed) installation fee for lateral from main to property line;
Tap lateral installed by contractor other than City intomain: $528.00 per
d. 4” lateral connection OR $607.00 per 6” lateral connection.

5. Development Impact Fees (DIF)
Your proposed project is subject to this fee to cover costs of expanding the City's facilities or to cover the costs of improvements in the City east of I-805 and State Route 125 (for more details see Development Checklist for Municipal Code Requirements)
6. Traffic

7. Minor Construction Permit
a. $250.00 application fee
b. $175.00 traffic control fee (if applicable)
c. Inspection fee based on the cost estimate for work to be performed within public right-of-way (see table below)
8. Encroachment Permits
a. $275.00 for those permits reviewed by the City Engineer
b. $850.00 for those reviewed by the City City Council.
c. Inspection fee for either type of encroachment is based on the cost estimate of the work (see table below)
d. $50.00 Temporary Encroachment for storage of building material in City right-of-way permit application.
9. Inspection Fees
Inspection fees are determined by multiplying the estimated construction cost by the appropriate fee percentage as detailed in the table below.
