Otay Ranch Transit Plan Study

In February 2008, transit planning consultant IBI Group completed the Otay Ranch Transit Plan study for the City of Chula Vista. The study was primarily funded with a state grant from the California Department of Transportation. The City wishes to thank all the citizens and public who provided input for the study, either through correspondence or at public meetings. The link for the study results is below.
