Otay Ranch General Development Plan Amendment
2004
Draft amendments to the Otay Ranch General Development Plan (GDP),
were released to the general public on December 31, 2004, along with the City’s Draft General Plan Update and the accompanying Draft Environmental Impact Report.

2005
During 2005, additional and/or revised amendments to the GDP were determined to be necessary. Revisions to the Draft Otay Ranch GDP were released as a new document. Note, only the additional and/or revised
amendments not included in the December, 2004, draft GDP Amendments are shown herein.
