Environmental Planning
  
The primary function of this sub-section is to ensure that the environmental
policies and procedures, as prescribed by state and federal law
as well as the City Of Chula Vista, are adhered to for all private
and public development projects within the City. This sub-section is also responsible for implementation of the City's Multiple Species Conservation Program
Subarea Plan (click here); the Otay Ranch Resource Management Plan, as well as
other related plans and programs of a similar nature.
