About the Housing Authority
The Chula Vista Housing Authority was created in 1993 to centrally coordinate and administer the City’s programs for promoting balanced housing for families of all income levels. The Housing Authority uses a variety of local, state, and federal funding sources to administer and finance these programs. The Housing Authority is also the financing vehicle for the issuance of bonds for housing programs and services.
