About the HAC

The Housing Advisory Commission is an advisory and coordinating body that serves as a resource, to the Housing Authority, Redevelopment Agency, City Council, and City Manager, making recommendations on housing issues and opportunities that would benefit the community.

  

  

HAC Membership

The nine-member HAC consists of seven voting members and up to two non-voting, ex officio members.  The voting membership is composed representatives from specified housing interests: lenders, developers/real estate brokers, nonprofit housing development organizations, tenants, and residents at large.

Meetings & Agenda

The HAC meets quarterly -- July, October, January, April -- on the fourth Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.  Meetings are held at City Hall in Council Conference Room C101, located immediately to the left of City Council Chambers.  City Hall is located at 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91910.  Click here for a map and directions to City Hall.
