Don't miss the second annual South Bay Homeownership Resource Fair on October 29, 2011 from 10 am – 2 pm, hosted by the City of Chula Vista on our City Hall campus at 276 Fourth Avenue. The event will be sponsored by the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) and the Housing
