Redevelopment & Smart Growth
Redevelopment and "smart growth" go hand-in-hand, especially at or near regional transit hubs like the E Street, H Street, and Palomar Street Trolley Stations in Chula Vista near the I-5 Freeway. Through a grant available from SANDAG's Smart Growth Toolbox, Redevelopment & Housing collaborated in 2008 with Steve Price of Urban-Advantage.com to create a 2-D visual simulation of what smart growth redevelopment could look and feel like at and around the E Street Trolley Station.
