California Redevelopment Association

San Diego’s regional planning agency, comprised of representatives from the 18 city and county governments in the region.

San Diego County Affordable Housing Services
San Diego County's office of California's Housing and Community Development Department. The site has information about all County affordable housing programs, including Section 8 Rental Assistance. It also has links to affordable housing programs in all cities within San Diego County.
South County Economic Development Council (SCEDC)
A non-profit organization formed by South San Diego County business and community leaders to advance Economic Development in the South County region.
Housing Opportunities Collaborative
The collaborative educates the public about homeownership and landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities, provides financial and other counseling, and provides informational resources. They provide foreclosure prevention counseling.
