Vista Firefighters Local 2180
The Chula Vista Firefighters Local 2180 of the International Association
of Fire Fighters was established in 1973. Through the years this
organization has been dedicated to providing highly trained, professional
and community-supportive men and women to staff the Chula Vista
Fire Department. Through a series of Memorandums of Understanding,
The Union has won substantial benefits and secured safe and excellent
working conditions for its members. Working collaboratively with
the Fire and City Administration the Union is poised to mold the
future of the Chula Vista Fire Department.
