6/15/2009 - Sexual assault investigation
 

The Chula Vista Police Department is requesting the public's help as detectives investigate a sexual assault that occurred Tuesday, 5-26-09, at approximately 10:20 a.m., on the 300 block of Third Avenue. Attached is a composite sketch of the suspect.

The suspect is described as:

  • Black male
  • 30-40 yrs old
  • 59 to 60 feet tall
  • approx. 190-200 lbs
  • Bald and no facial hair

The suspect was wearing:

  • Dark colored shirt
  • white, long sleeve
  • undershirt
  • Green pants, possibly medical scrubs

Additional Details:

  • Two or three missing front teeth
  • Suspect spoke of his mother recently dying
  • Also said, "I am not going back to jail."
