7/21/2011 - Missing autistic 15-year old male found safe
 

15-year old Rafael "Angel" Cancino was located at 3:30 this afternoon in a neighborhood near his home. He was hiding in brush, along with his dog. Both are safe and in good condition. They have been returned to their home. Thank you for you attention to this information.

Age: 15
Height: 5’6” – 5’7”
Weight: 120 -140 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Green
Clothes: Gray sweater, t-shirt underneath, blue jeans or brown pants
Medical: Autistic

Age: 3-4 years
Gender: Male
Description; Gray, short-haired
Name: Niko

This morning at approximately 8 a.m. 15-year old Rafael Cancino left his home at 2460 La Costa Avenue in the Eastlake Greens area of the City of Chula Vista to walk the family dog. He has not been seen since. The Chula Vista Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the teen. If you think you have seen him please call the CVPD at (619) 691-5151.
