“Music In The Park,” a free summer concert series, offers a variety of musical sounds in three Chula Vista parks through Aug. 17, 2008. Featured bands will play music ranging from R&B and Latin jazz to Big Band, surfing and oldies. All of the concerts will be presented on Sundays from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The fifth concert of the series is scheduled for August 3 and will feature Fattburger performing smooth jazz. The concert will be held at Memorial Park located at 373 Park Way.
In its 46th year, this annual musical event is presented by the Chula Vista Public Library Foundation, in cooperation with the Chula Vista Public Library.
