The Chula Vista Genealogical Society is proud to present “Clue to Clue: Tracking a Family Over Time and Miles” by Dr. Jean Wilcox Hibben.  Two additional presentations about the Civil War will follow.   The free event is scheduled for Oct. 18 at Chula Vista’s Civic Center Branch Library, 365 F St. The program will start at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m.
