The City of Chula Vista is now accepting applications for the Youth Action Council (YAC) 2009 –2010 school year.  To be eligible, applicants must be high school students in grades 10, 11 or 12, and be a resident of Chula Vista.

YAC Commissioners make recommendations and provide a direct communication link between the youth of the City and the City Council.  Commissioners have the opportunity to perform community service, gain first-hand experience in local government, and become informed stakeholders in the community.
