Are you having trouble making your monthly mortgage payments?  Visit the free HOME (Home Owners Mobile Education) Clinic at Calvary Chapel on Saturday, October 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for assistance.  At the clinic, distressed homeowners can access resources and services that can provide help in determining their options.  The Chapel is located at 1771 E. Palomar Street in the Otay Ranch area of Chula Vista.  Registration is recommended.

Everything homeowners need is in one location at the HOME Clinic, including attorneys, real estate and mortgage industry professionals, housing counseling agencies and fair housing organizations. Homeowners can receive a personal review of their mortgage, lending and escrow documents. They can also meet with local HUD (Housing and Urban Development) approved professionals to get advice and direction about resolving their financial dilemma. 

Those who attend the HOME Clinic can consult with local attorneys who are knowledgeable about real estate, lending, bankruptcy and family law.
