The City of Chula Vista is sponsoring its second Women Entrepreneurs (WE) Business Forum on Wednesday, June 16, from 3-5 p.m. at the Chula Vista Woman's Club, located at 357 "G" Street. At the forum, established business owners and women interested in starting their own company can get expert advice, receive assistance, and engage in networking opportunities.
Jesseca Saenz-Gonzalez, Executive Director and Founder of the San Diego Learning Center and Chairwoman of the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, will present "Dedication, Education, … y la familia: My Journey to the Top.” Special guests will also include Chula Vista Mayor Cheryl Cox, Catharine Arambula, President, National Latina Business Women's Association - San Diego Chapter, Lisa Cohen, Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, and Carol Wiley, Small Business Development and International Trade Center. Although targeted to women, men are invited to attend the forum as well.
