SPRING RECREATION DIRECTORY AVAILABLE

This spring the City of Chula Vista’s Recreation Department will be offering a wide range of classes and programs ranging from spring day camps for children and swimming classes, to volleyball clinics and ceramics classes. The Spring 2012 schedule of classes, programs and events directory is available online and all recreational facilities offer printed copies of their specific spring programs. Registration may be completed online, by mail or in person.

Ten-week classes begin the week of April 9, unless otherwise noted. Registration for classes is on a first-received, first-processed, space-available basis. Regular registration starts Monday, March 12 at 2 p.m. at all Chula Vista Recreation Centers. Swim Class Registration began on February 21 at the two public pools in Chula Vista.

“We are excited to offer expanded recreational services at our many recreational facilities,” said Buck Martin, Director of Recreation. For more information regarding spring programs in the City of Chula Vista, please link to: www.chulavistaca.gov/rec
