Save the date of Friday, August 24 for
“Harbor Hop” at Chula Vista Bayfront Park from 7-10 p.m. The free event will feature Swingtown, a popular Big Band swing group that combines rhythm and blues, disco and rock ‘n’ roll. Swingtown has played as the backup band for several noted performers including The Temptations, The Four Tops, Tommy Tune, Helen Reddy, Harry Babbitt and The Coasters.
Also scheduled is a free dance instruction provided at 7:15 p.m. by Mary Murphy's Champion Ballroom.
