If you or a family member has an ongoing health condition, or if you would like more energy, or want to become more physically and socially active, the Norman Park Senior Center may be able to help. A special six week workshop will address many concerns to help put life back in your life! Classes will be held on six consecutive Wednesdays, February 19 March 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Center, located at 270 F Street.

Small groups will gather to discuss ways to reduce fatigue, anxiety, sleep loss and pain, as well as find ways to communicate better with your doctors, friends and family. Discover ways to better manage your health challenges and lessen their impacts on your life while being in a supportive environment focusing on wellness.

Registration is required and participants should plan to attend all six sessions. Contact Judy Joffe at (858) 495-5710 to sign up. The free program is funded by the Administration on Aging and the California Department of Aging through prevention and public health funds.
