Chula Vista Transit, in combination with MTS bus routes and trolley lines, is designed to serve the residents of the City of Chula Vista, and its visitors. Routes have been planned to serve all trip types. Presently there are 10 routes, and one trolley line that services the area, operating towards the following destinations:
Route 701 | This route runs Monday through Friday only.
Serves the H Street Trolley Station and the Palomar Trolley Station via H Street, Fourth Street, F Street, First Avenue, Hilltop Drive, Main Street, and Anita Street. Click here for timetable and map.

Serves the H Street Trolley Station, Chula Vista Center, Scripps Hospital, Veteran's Hospital, Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, and Otay Ranch Town Center via H Street, Hilltop Drive, Main Street, Brandywine, Medical Center Court, East Palomar Street, and Olympic Parkway.
