OR-RFQOtay Ranch Planned Community Villages

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Planning and Building Department of the City of Chula Vista is searching for a qualified multi-disciplinary consulting firm(s) to provide Planning, Environmental and Engineering services. We will be processing entitlements over a 24 month period for several villages on the southern portion of the Otay Ranch Planned Community.
We are excited to release this RFQ. The selected consultant team(s) will have the opportunity to act as an extension of City Staff as we prepare our recommendations for several new mixed use, transit oriented, smart growth communities. These villages are located adjacent to a planned major university campus and associated research and technology park. Click on each link to view that document.
