Mission

The mission of the Storm Water Management Program is to maintain and promote the quality of water and environmental resources for the Citizens of Chula Vista and ensure compliance with water quality regulations.

Storm Water Management Section

The Storm Water Management section of the City of Chula Vista Public Works Department, is responsible for overall management of all storm water quality issues in the City of Chula Vista. Through public education and outreach, the Storm Water Management section ensures that all residents, businesses, and municipal departments are familiar with federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to storm water quality issues, and comply with those laws and regulations.
