The City of Chula Vista is updating its Parks and Recreation Master Plan, which will serve as the blueprint for the city’s park system. The following is the Draft Document for review: 

In addition, a hard copy of this draft is available for review at the following locations:

  • Parkway Community Center (373 Park Way),
  • Veterans Park Recreation Center (785 East Palomar Street),
  • Salt Creek Recreation Center (2710 Otay Lakes Road),
  • Civic Center Library (365 F St),
  • South Chula Vista Library (389 Orange Ave), or
  • City Clerk’s Office (276 Fourth Ave).

A summary of the document can be viewed in the following presentation given to the community on January 17, 2018 Community Workshop Presentation

There will be two scheduled presentations for residents to learn more about the draft document: Montevalle Community Park Recreation Center (840 Duncan Ranch Road) on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 @ 6:00pm; and City Council Chambers (276 Fourth Avenue) on Thursday, January 25, 2018 @ 6:00pm.
