The library offers digital archives of newspapers based in the South Bay area of San Diego County.  Users in the library can access Otay Press, The Chula Vista Star, and The Chula Vista Star-News archives through Newspapers.com. Free access to this resource is limited to users in the library.

Star News--1957-2008

 

The library also has physical copies of The Star News from 1931 to 2008, and again from 2011 to today.  For access to the physical collection collection please print and fill out this Local History Request Form and contact  Local History Librarian, Tanya Carr.
