Bayfront Parks Final Design Workshop
- Date: 11/18/2019 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Location: Civic Center Library
356 F Street
Chula Vista, California 91910
Everyone is invited to the final design workshop to review and discuss the future Harbor and Sweetwater Parks to be located at the Chula Vista Bayfront. The year-long public outreach by the Port of San Diego and the City of Chula Vista has allowed community members to share their vision of the two parks which will account for more than half of the new park space of the Bayfront development. The workshop will be held on Monday, November 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Civic Center Branch Library, 365 F Street.
The Chula Vista Bayfront project envisions a vibrant, innovative destination for people to live, work and play. When the project is complete, the public will be able to enjoy more than 200 acres of parks, a world-class resort hotel and convention center, a shoreline promenade, walking trails, RV camping, shopping, dining and more. It also will establish ecological buffers to protect wildlife habitat, species and other coastal resources. Learn more on the website, www.portofsandiego.org/chulavistabayfront.
