4:30 PM – Community Ice Cream Social: come celebrate with participants, coaches, and families of the South Bay Little League Challenger Program
5:00 PM – City Council Meeting proclamation recognizing both Disability Awareness Month and Indigenous People’s Day
Special Performance – A Kumeyaay musician will open the Council meeting with a cultural performance, offering a moment of recognition and reflection
