The Police Department’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC) acts as a conduit between the community and the Police Department to improve cross-communication & maintain high community confidence in the department’s performance. Meetings are held (in person) in the Chula Vista Police Department Community Room on the first Thursday of each quarter (January, April, July, October).
