We will be having a FREE microchip and rabies clinics on June 11th, June 18th and June 27th from 9am-10:30am.

Chula Vista Animal Care Facility

130 Beyer Way, Chula Vista CA 91911

* First come first serve, while supplies last(limit 50)

* For residents of Chula Vista (91910-91915), National City (91950) & Lemon Grove (91945) only.

Please bring:

- Your government issued ID (must be at least 18 yrs old)

- Proof of residency (a bill with name of owner and address within last 2 months)

- Dogs need to be on a leash

- Cats in carrier

- Limit to 3 per household.

(Your ID does NOT count as proof of residency. Your proof of residency must be in YOUR name and current within 60 days)
