Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 17, for the seventh annual HarborFest event held in Bayside Park at the Chula Vista Marina. This free, family friendly celebration, held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., includes three stages with live entertainment, engaging educational and interactive exhibits, exciting harbor activities, unique automobiles, arts, crafts, food, drink and more!

The region’s best chefs, artisanal spirit makers and local brewers will tempt your taste buds at the Tacos and Spirits Revolution. You can also try the VIP experience which includes special parking access, drinks, a shaded lounge area and private restrooms. In addition, there will be a Champagne, Rosé and Wine Tasting. Tickets to any of these paid events can be purchased online at ID is required for alcohol consumption. A Food Truck Alley and other food vendors will be offering a variety of deliciousness at HarborFest, too!

Visit the Green Zone and learn about composting, xeriscaping, money-saving solar installation programs, and energy efficient rebates and subsidies. Throughout the day, you can groove to the sounds of a variety of great musical talent. The Main Stage will feature a unique mix of alternative rock, pop, soul, house, progressive and reggae. Listen to more music at the Latin Beats Stage, sponsored by Seven Mile Casino, or the THIS is Chula Community Stage.

Adventure seekers will have a blast in the Extreme Sports Area with giant hamster balls, a parachute rocket, rock climbing, and bungee jumping. Or there’s the Discovery Zone with Chula Vista Recreation games and prizes, arts and crafts, free kayaking, paddle board lessons and more. Be inspired by some of the region’s best artists and creators at the Art in the Park and Maker’s Faire.

New this year – bring your own water bottle to the Festival and fill up for free! Thanks to Sweetwater Authority, the official water provider, you can fill up your bottle for free (don’t forget to bring one!) The water filling station will be adjacent to the main entrance of the festival.

Presented by the Port of San Diego, there’s something for everyone at Chula Vista’s HarborFest!
