As night falls, watch Downtown Third Avenue transform into a glowing wonderland filled with dazzling floats, marching bands, dancers, and performers.

 Xavier The X-Man®, is a nationally recognized radio personality, community leader, and cultural ambassador with over two decades of success on the West Coast airwaves. Heard daily on Magic 92.5 in San Diego—and syndicated across Arizona, Bakersfield, and the Bay Area—Xavier is known for blending Old School soul with heartfelt community connection. 

Serving as Junior Grand Marshal is young activist and “@DiabeticSuperkid” Enrrique Alejandro, an inspirational social media creator who boasts a combined 2.5 million followers across major social media platforms.
