FREE PET VACCINE CLINIC

Post Date:02/04/2026 10:09 AM

In celebration of Responsible Pet Owners Month, in February, the City of Chula Vista Animal Services will host two free pet vaccine clinics to help local pet owners protect their dogs and cats from preventable diseases.

Rabies, DAPP and FVRCP vaccines will be provided free of charge to residents of Chula Vista (91910-919150), National City (91950) and Lemon Grove (91945) with proof of residency, such as a recent utility bill showing name and address.

The vaccine clinics will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 11 and Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed from 12 to 1 p.m.) at the Chula Vista Animal Services Facility, 130 Beyer Way, Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Limited vaccines are available and will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

“We want to support our community by providing pet owners with the resources and tools they need to keep their animals healthy, happy and protected,” said Ashley Milo, Director of Chula Vista Animal Services.

The City encourages pet owners to participate and embrace responsible pet ownership by taking advantage of these vital, no-cost resources. By vaccinating their pets, owners not only help protect against preventable diseases like rabies and parvovirus but also contribute to a healthier community.
