1. Submit Application Forms

Please complete  Forms A, B and the following information in the Checklist and email to for initial submittal.

2. Receive Confirmation 

Receive confirmation email or call from staff. Staff will take seven (7) business days to review application and will notify applicant that information is adequate to proceed.

 3. Complete Additional Forms

Staff will send Forms C, D, E, F, G, H, and I for applicant to complete, in which the applicant must return forms by the election date (one week prior to City Council hearing.)

 4. City Council Hearing

The City Council hearing will take place seven (7 )days after election date.






5. Record Documents

If City Council approves, applicant will record completed Form L and Annexation Map.

Applicant will return conformed documents of recorded documents to staff,
