The City Clerk’s Office serves as the filing officer for Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) disclosure forms required under the Political Reform Act. This page provides access to required statements, reporting forms, and filing resources related to campaign finance and economic interest disclosures. 

Fair Political Practices Commission Disclosure Filings

Form 460 & Other Campaign Disclosure Statements are filed in accordance with the Political Reform Act and provide public transparency regarding campaign contributions and expenditures. These filings are available for public review.

Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests discloses certain financial interests of public officials to ensure transparency and prevent conflicts of interest, as required under the Political Reform Act. Filed statements are available for public review.

Form 802 - Ticket Distribution Disclosure reports the distribution of tickets or passes by a public agency in accordance with Section 18944.1 of the Fair Political Practices Commission regulations. The Agency Controlled Ticket Policy is available for public review.

Form 803 - Behested Payment Disclosures reports payments made at the behest of elected officials for legislative, governmental, or charitable purposes, as required under the Political Reform Act. Reports are available for public review.

Form 806 - Agency Report of Public Official Appointments reports additional compensation received by public officials who appoint themselves to positions on committees, boards, or commissions of a public agency, special district, or joint powers agency or authority. Pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 18705.5, the report is available for public review.
