Last Chance! Small Business Survey Deadline is Friday

The City wants to hear from small business owners about their challenges and successes. Survey responses will help the City identify options for helping businesses succeed.

Feedback from the survey will provide insights into participant demographics, key challenges, successes, and recommendations for future city programs, tools, and resources. The survey features a combination of multiple-choice and open-ended questions, designed to take just 5-10 minutes to complete.

Small Business Owner Focus Groups - Completed

We want to hear (more) from you! Business owners who would like to extend their participation are invited to one of five focus groups where they can share their thoughts, experiences, and perspectives in a small group setting. A group facilitator will dive deeper into the survey questions to allow for detailed insights without interruption or judgment.

These sessions will be held at different times and locations throughout the City including one location per Council District (with one in Spanish) and one virtual session. Focus groups will be 60-90 minutes and include 8-10 participants. In-person participants will enjoy snacks and refreshments as a thank-you for their contribution. Registration will be confirmed within two business days.
