1). Mail-back envelopes available free at Chula Vista pharmacies
- Pick up a FREE TakeAway mail-back envelope at a participating pharmacy, its easy and convenient. Proof of residency in Chula Vista must be provided pharmacy staff.
- Place the medication in the TakeAway postage-paid envelope, seal it, and mail it back for environmentally responsible disposal.
- This program is limited to (5) five mail-back envelopes per resident per year

Chula Vista residents can request FREE sharps (syringes) mail-back containers and/or prescription drug mail-back envelopes online!
