Public Counter Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (New applications not accepted after 3 pm)
Friday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Limited Services)
Temporary OUTDOOR Event/Activity:
Depending on the nature of your event, additional permits and approvals may be required. For businesses wanting to have a promotional event and/or display or sell merchandise outside the store (such as in the parking lot). Selling items not associated with the existing business is prohibited.
The same event can be for held for a total of 24 days in a calendar year, but cannot exceed 7 consecutive days. No more than 6 permits can be issued to any one business or shopping complex per calendar year. A minimum of 30 days is required between beginning dates to multiple events. Exceptions may be made for temporary holiday sales (i.e. holiday tree and pumpkin patch lots).
NOTE: If your event/activity involves street closures or altering the flow of traffic in ANY way, you will need to apply for a Special Event Permit.
