1. Adjustment / Consolidation Plat

a. $1,375.00 per plat resulting in adjustment of property lines.

b. $1,375.00 per plat resulting in consolidation of two or more parcels

c. Both the property line adjustment plat and consolidation plat fees include a certificate of compliance, if needed at no additional cost.

2. Final Map, Improvement Plans and Grading Plans

Note: The following are the required deposits to cover the City’s full cost including overhead incurred in conjunction with review and processing of maps & improvement plans. Owner/ developer is responsible for the required adjustment prior to and approvals.

Improvement Plans - Improvement Valuation > $10,000.00

Administration & Plan Review -> Full Cost Recovery.

3. Parcel Maps

Note: The following are the required deposits to cover the City’s full cost including overhead incurred in conjunction with review and processing of maps & improvement plans. Owner/ developer is responsible for the required adjustment prior to and approvals.

a. $5,000.00 for Tentative Parcel Map initial deposit (Map Review -> Full Cost Recovery).

b. $130.00 for Tentative Map Waiver Submittal

c. $2,500.00 for Final Parcel Map initial deposit (Map Review -> Full Cost Recovery).

4. Sewer Fees

a. $45.00 for Sewer Connection Administrative fee

b. $3,478 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit Sewerage Participation Fee

c. $6,990.00 plus $174.73 per  foot of chargeable length over 35 feet for 4" lateral; or $7,017.95 plus $178.10 per foot of chargeable length over 35 feet for 6" Later (one required for each building proposed) installation fee for lateral from main to property line;Tap lateral installed by contractor other than City into main: $528.00 per

d. 4” lateral connection OR $607.00 per 6” lateral connection.

7. Minor Construction Permit

a. $200.00 application fee

b. $240.00 inspection fee

c. $210.00 traffic control plan fee (if applicable)

d. Full cost recovery for improvement valuation greater than    $10,000

8. Encroachment Permits

a. $720.00 Plan Review and Inspection

b. $65.00 Temporary Encroachment for storage of building material in City right-of-way permit application.
